Apesar das polêmicas em que se envolveu, – especialmente no começo da empresa, como a briga com o co-fundador brasileiro Eduardo Saverin-, o exemplo de Zuckerberg não pode ser ignorado. O empresário tem algumas lições de empreendedorismo que podem servir para quem está comandando um negócio ou começando uma startup.

1. Ter o respeito de sócios e investidores
A discussão sobre o quanto Mark Zuckerberg ainda detém do Facebook gerou várias polêmicas e há quem diga que o empresário não quer dividir o controle da empresa. Para Gitahy, isso demonstra uma confiança extrema dos sócios em Zuckerberg. “Apesar do Facebook já ter muitos sócios e fundos de investimento, Mark Zuckerberg detém mais de 60% do capital votante até o IPO da empresa. Isso significa que grande parte dos sócios confia em Mark a ponto de deixarem que ele tome decisões em nome deles”, explica.

2. Saber aceitar sugestões
